Ingredients:

  • 2 large zucchinis, grated
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup self-raising flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: bacon, cooked and crumbled

Instructions:
